Chia pudding is gaining its popularity and it can be so versatile

difficulty level: easy
preparation time: 5-15 mins
chilling time: >6 hours

Here are a few easy flavors you can make-be creative!

original chia pudding
15g chia seeds (I prefer whole chia seeds instead of milled-whole chia seeds are already tiny but they can still give a crunchy texture)
100ml nut milk, dairy alternative or milk

mix well (I prefer not to use a blender because the chia seeds are impossible to get out)

chill pudding for a few hours, preferably overnight
Coconut and goji berry
put in blender:
  • 2 tbs goji berries (dried)
  • 50ml coconut dairy alternative
  • 50ml coconut milk (light or full fat)

pour mixture into container
  • stir in 15g chia seeds
  • add desiccated coconut and more goji berries if you wish

chill

to serve, top with coconut flakes and goji berries
No added sugar chocolate
put in blender:
  • 120ml nut milk/milk/dairy alternative
  • 8g cocoa powder
  • 2 dates (pitted)

pour in the container you are using for your chia pudding
  • stir in 15g chia seeds

chill overnight/for at least 6 hours
chocolate peanut butter
put in blender:
  • 1 tbs peanut butter (preferably powdered peanut butter)
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 100ml milk/dairy/alternative

stir in 15g chia seeds
Peanut butter banana
put in blender:
  • half a banana
  • 1-2tbs peanut butter
  • 80ml milk/dairy alternative (using nut milk enhances the nutty taste)
