Here are a few easy flavors you can make-be creative! original chia pudding
15g chia seeds (I prefer whole chia seeds instead of milled-whole chia seeds are already tiny but they can still give a crunchy texture)
100ml nut milk, dairy alternative or milk mix well (I prefer not to use a blender because the chia seeds are impossible to get out) chill pudding for a few hours, preferably overnight Coconut and goji berry
put in blender:
pour mixture into container
chill to serve, top with coconut flakes and goji berries No added sugar chocolate
put in blender:
pour in the container you are using for your chia pudding
chill overnight/for at least 6 hours chocolate peanut butter
put in blender:
stir in 15g chia seeds Peanut butter banana
put in blender:
stir in
